The Flex Park was meticulously designed to serve as an incubator for a variety of creative businesses, including wineries and breweries, art galleries, fabrication shops, design firms, and other like-minded tenants. By fostering a vibrant community of innovative enterprises, this space aims to nurture collaboration and growth within the creative industry. To achieve this, the building leverages PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) as its primary structure, ensuring both simplicity and functionality. The design features a storefront entrance, a glass garage door, and a sliding barn door, providing tenants with both an inviting appearance and necessary privacy and security. These elements collectively contribute to a modern and practical space that meets the diverse needs of its creative occupants, facilitating a seamless blend of aesthetics and utility.
