It's where you can be yourself, and express yourself in ways that are personal and meaningful. It's not just a space - it's an expression of who you are, and what matters to you.

And that's why we're here to help.
Motif provides bespoke, full-service architecture and interior design services throughout the great central Texas area. From the sleek to the statement, we create custom spaces that are beautifully balanced and connect indoor and outdoor environments effortlessly.

Our highly specialized and deep expertise in forward-thinking designs allows us to distinctively weave ideas into actualization. We are proud of our reputation for our personable approach, providing an enjoyable and stress-free experience from concept to occupation.

Our team has designed projects across the country, which has led us to develop and refine a seamless process to help our clients navigate each step. From floor plan development, interior drawings, custom cabinetry, finishes, and selections: furniture, window treatments, styling, and turn-key installation - we've got your back.
Motif specializes in designing homes that are as unique as the people who live in them. They are passionate about bringing their client’s vision of quality, innovation, and beauty to their homes, no matter how small or large the project.
Prior to founding Motif, Rachel and Casey honed their exceptional skills whilst working in America’s most prominent architectural and engineering firms. Their combined portfolio of work is remarkable as it includes iconic projects still considered today to be the leading designs in innovation.

During the pandemic, the couple realized that their natural passion for design far outweighed large-scale commercial projects and have since pivoted their energy into smaller projects at Motif.

More than a
Weekend Warrior
Casey is an architect with a passion for all things outdoors. When he's not behind the computer, you can find him on the water, challenging himself to learn new skills and explore his creativity.

With endless energy and passion for building, you might also find Casey working on his old car late at night, or fabricating something rusty with his welder.
He strongly believes all architects should have the ability to design, plan, and construct a personal project with their own hands.
“Small projects are very rewarding – our design contributes to the growth, education, and experience for the owners, who live in and learn from our projects.”

Samson
Head of Canine Development
Hey! I'm Samson, the office dog. You might have heard of me - I'm the dog that runs around outside chasing squirrels and napping in the sun.

Samson is our loveable office dog and unofficial Motif mascot. He was born over a decade ago and has been a member of our team ever since.

A master at 'downward dog', Samson's hobbies include gaining attention from strangers, boat rides, and diving for balls in the lake. The little guy is a big fan of construction sites – though he has been known to sleep on the job!

A very clever boy will use his good looks to gain treats at lunchtime. Be sure to say hello to Samson next time you visit us.
Currently we are not hiring at this time and have no open positions.
