Lakeway Lease House - Building Envelope Update 2

First post of 2023! Check out the progress on our Lease House project...

We're approaching nearly 80% completed of the fiber cement board siding. This small crew of four is approaching the finish line, as they complete the details around the door and window frames, trim and awnings.

Another great example on how to break up flat walls with alternate siding. Below you can see the continuous horizontal trim that separates the vertical board and batten scheme from the horizontal ship lap.

We carried the same horizontal strip (or break) to the garage as well. This allows for multiple paint options and provides a "farm house" appeal.
