We are thrilled to announce the completion of our latest project: a small lease house that combines functionality and revenue.

With several projects under construction and few more about to go into permitting... our constructions visits are becoming very exciting!

With concrete delayed and heat advisor alerts, progress on the interior continues this week.

Progress continues on the Lease House project! Final grading, driveway and flat work, fencing and other exterior work is well underway.

With the trim and cabinetry now complete, the paint crew returns back to the Lakeway Lease House project.

With the gypsum wall boards completed, the millwork now is being installed - including interior doors, cabinetry, baseboards and trim.

The Lakeway Lease house project is starting to pick up.. we should see progress amplify over the next few weeks.

Within a day or so - a majority of the house and garage's "tape / float" was completed.
