Today in The Hills, the painting crew has been diligently sanding and performing post-paint clean-up to achieve an impeccable finish on the custom trim work. This meticulous process is crucial for ensuring that the final product is smooth, flawless, and ready to showcase the beauty of the intricate trim details. The effort put into sanding and cleaning not only enhances the overall appearance but also highlights the craftsmanship involved in creating the custom trim. It's these finishing touches that bring the interior space to life, providing a polished and professional look that meets our high standards of quality
In addition to the trim work, we had the delightful experience of seeing the custom Calacatta marble countertops being installed. The result is nothing short of spectacular. These luxurious countertops add a touch of elegance and sophistication to the space, with their unique veining and pristine surface. The combination of the polished marble and the beautifully finished trim creates a harmonious and upscale ambiance, elevating the entire aesthetic of the home.
It's moments like these that truly showcase the transformation of a project from a construction site to a refined and stylish living space. We are thrilled with the progress and can't wait to see the final results as the project moves towards completion.
Coming up Next
Coming up next, we have an exciting lineup of tasks to complete the exterior and interior of the house. On the exterior, we'll be installing gutters and downspouts, final grading around the house, adding a concrete door stoop, painting the stucco, and installing light fixtures. Inside the house, we'll be finishing the paint on the walls and trim, adding door and cabinet hardware, and installing plumbing and electrical fixtures as well as the exposed duct.
It's going to be a busy few weeks, but we are on track to turn the project over to the owner just before Christmas, ensuring a wonderful holiday season in their new home addition!
