502 Eagle - Spring Updates

Exciting progress is underway at the 502 Eagle project in Lakeway, ideally situated between the airport and Lake Travis. As summer approaches, our next major milestone is passing inspections and moving forward with wall and roof insulation.

This ambitious renovation includes a 950-square-foot addition and a complete remodel of the home, transforming the space into something truly special. Key enhancements include a flex room, a spacious outdoor shower, an additional bedroom, and a bar, designed for both comfort and functionality.

We’re nearing completion on windows, doors, roofing, and stone patching, bringing the exterior close to its final form. Meanwhile, inside, the structure is nearly dried-in and primed for the installation of gypsum wallboard, marking another exciting step forward.
