Project Update – Following the final framing inspection, the construction crew quickly knocked-out the gypsum installation at the Lake Austin project!
With only a few finishing selections remaining to finalized, we're now on the home stretch toward completion
A particularly exciting milestone was clearing decades-old overgrowth and restoring the long-forgotten staircase that winds 200 feet down to the lake... just in time for the summer and the freezing cold water of Lake Austin.
