Lakeway Lease House - Framing Begins

First week of framing on the Lakeway Lease house project!

On a site built home, the framing activity will take approximately two to three weeks for the average American home. This takes into consideration the typical components used to save time including manufactured stairs and trusses.

Our drawings also include notes, that defer the contractor from nailing springboards / kickers into the actual slab. This allows the owner to use polished concrete in certain areas of the house, without the damaging - temporary shoring.
