Underground Plumbing in place and inspected prior to Foundations

Underground construction involves more than just buried conduit and plumbing lines. It requires coordination between several trades.

Our schematic electrical and foundation plans indicate and dimension each location of a utility that requires under-slab coordination.

Doing so results in less errors in the field and enable us to place services throughout the house, including power and plumbing in kitchen islands, electrical floor outlets and conduit pulls for audio equipment.
